As a rule, Kentweiß is responsible for the delivery of the product intact, complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order. However, regarding the delivery of the products ordered and paid for by the buyer; The relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between the Kentleuchten and the Buyer remain valid.
DELIVERY TIME
After the e-mail regarding the confirmation of the order is sent to the buyer, the product is being produced and given to the cargo company as soon as possible. We generally have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks, which might change due to quantity.
DELIVERY FROM BUYER TO DIFFERENT PERSON/ADDRESS
The buyer may request that the product should be delivered to a different person/organization during the order. In addition, your first degree relative with the consistency of the surname can also receive your orders by presenting their identity card. The signature of the person receiving your package is required at the delivery address.
If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the buyer, the person/organization to be delivered is not in place, not accepting the delivery; Lighting cannot be held responsible for any damages and costs (for example, extra shipping costs) that may arise from inaccuracies and/or omissions in the delivery information provided by the buyer.
If the billing address specified by the buyer is different from the delivery address, the buyer; accepts, declares and undertakes to pay an additional shipping fee for the delivery of the invoice to the relevant address.
PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING DELIVERY
As a rule, lighting cannot be held responsible for the fact that the ordered product cannot be delivered to the buyer or the authorized person/organization due to any problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the buyer.
However, if the buyer thinks that the package and/or the product inside is damaged (tearing, bursting, crushing, getting wet, etc.) during delivery;
1-The cargo company officer has the right to not receive the damaged packages and to keep a report (Due Diligence Report or Damage Determination Report) and return it.
2-If the courier company officer thinks that the package or the product inside is not damaged, the Buyer has the right to open the package at the time of delivery and next to the courier officer to personally check the delivery of the products, have the courier attendant and determine the situation with a report.
It should be arranged in two copies, one copy of which will remain with the buyer and the other copy will be delivered to the cargo company officer.
If the Buyer does not accept the package and keeps a report, this situation must be notified to Kentleuchten by e-mail to serap@kentleuchten.com immediately and within 1 (one) working day at the latest, with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer.
If these processes are carried out, Kentleuchten will start working on the package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
3-In addition, if the person who will receive the product thinks that there is a problem/error arising from the delivery of the product, but fails to keep a record as stated above for a justifiable reason, immediately and at the latest on the day he receives the product; It is necessary to take a photo of the product and the package it came in and send them as an e-mail to serap@kentleuchten.com. In this case, Kentweiß will contact the Buyer within 3 (three) business days regarding the delivery and return process.
Without any objection by the buyer of the package; The cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty upon receipt of the package and/or the product in its content, without any record keeping or otherwise proving that the product is incomplete, defective or in a different condition than the one specified; Flashing is deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation.
END OF KENTLEUCHTEN'S OBLIGATION TO DELIVERY
Kentleuchten's delivery obligation ends with the delivery of the ordered product to the buyer or the authorized person/organization at the address requested by the buyer in the contract.
If, for any reason, the product price is not paid by the Buyer or the payment is canceled by the bank, Kentleuchten is deemed to be released from its delivery obligation.
However, the obligations of the buyer and the lights are clearly stated in the cases under the heading 'Problems That May Occur During Delivery' above; In this case, the Buyer and Kentleuchten reserve their right to claim from each other and the cargo company.
DELIVERY COSTS
As a rule, the shipping fee will be paid by the Kent lights. This might change for special projects.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

All items should be packed well avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.

The return label should be scanned with the carrier within the 30 days of delivery.

Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
